I was thinking that the cyber war would be in less effect to the innocent people. But the reality is the opposite. Well actually maybe the number of innocent people in a real war is limited some how. The cyber war could be done anytime and anywhere, and the victims will not be counted.

The video highlights how laws are lagging behind the technology in a number of areas. It poses a number of relevant questions that must be addressed. The entire concept of warfare becomes very different. The tactic the warfighting takes and the impact may be more difficult to see than has been typically the case which may bring more ethical questions to the forefront.

The most important aspect of all of this is just educating others on what proper security measures are. It needs to be put into simple terms. People need to understand the importance of securing themselves and what all is at risk if they do not.

I don't think this is a future problem, I think this is currently going on. In another video, a spokesman for the FBI stated cyber crime was their number one priority; over terrorism. The link between cyber crime and cyber warfare is close. I think laws will have to continually be adapted and redefined in step with the technology.
