not sure how old this video is but I find it hard to believe that in this day and age there is no legal framework for cyber warfare? Think it is scary that a foreign government could assassinate a world leader by simply hacking into their pacemaker...it is also scary to think how our own infrastructure is vulnerable to a cyber attack, especially our power grid...

Now knowing these issues we have two ways, either to be low-tech to be safe from cyber crimes or be-techy and make sure possible defenses are in place. Definitely cyber law is need of the day.

Lately I have been watching Mr. Robot. Its a TV show about a hacker which is pretty accurate. They have several hacker consultants on the production team to make it realistic. Some of the scenarios described in this video have been dramatized in the show. It's crazy how relatively easy it is to hack these major systems that are just too antiquated. I believe an "act of war" and 'war crimes" are well defined regardless of if they are conducted with conventional weapon or cyber weapons.
