As many have mentioned, this was definitely a "promotional" video. That said, it was interesting to get a behind-the-scenes sort of look at a major cyber training facility, however biased it may be for promotional purposes. The point of this program being limited to the air force was also raised and, like the commentator, I am curious about the remaining military branches' efforts toward cyber protection. Still, promotional/limited or not, it's nice to see any effort toward cyber protection.

I really liked the contrast between this video and the other video 'Chinese Hacker Profiles'. They specifically mention in that profile video the motivations of american hackers, most of which are anti-government or in reaction to/against big brother conspiracy theories. I was glad to see on the flip side through this video that there also exists cyber defenders with the same skills that protect our freedom and liberties. I just hope for an increase in the team that protects and fights for our nation. It is quite unfortunate to hear too many stories in the news about our adversaries gaining an edge over us in the cyberwarfare.

It is very assuring to see all the intense cyberwar training our military goes through in order to keep us save. I am sure the level of training our military has surpasses any nation in the world. I hope they are able to keep up with technology and training, so that at no point we struggle to keep up with the other powers. I agree to the comment about supporting congress in funding these programs and keeping the military cyber ready.

It is amazing the capabilities that are being taught. I think its a good thing that cyber and electronic warfare are merged together. I think industry based certifications are good. But I also think that proficiency based certifications should be he forefront of these standards such as the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and all the other certs produced by Offensive security. I think the Air force should steal a play book from the Israelis and star recruiting high school students through their training pipeline.

I work in Incident Response. I wish I would've known this back when I entered the Air Force. I would've loved to get this training. And from the SANS Insitute! Getting civilian certifications! So jealous!
