mariawhit8at April 29,2015 I'm glad the government particular DOD realizes the value of teaching cyber defense/information assurance so we can compete with other countries who teach this very thing early on in their children academic career. Air Force will be better prepared to protect our country.
klevanat May 04,2015 Regarding djohns54 comments about SANS - I attended a SANS event awhile back where they were talking about the challenges of getting qualified cyber people interested in doing that for the military. I agree that it seems like they are trying to get good relevant training for their people.
hhammadiat May 05,2015 The video focuses on the cyber war engineers specifically trained to cope with the cyber threats. The video show that still there is a lot of improvement needed to cope with the situation and incremental modifications at every step will decide who will lead.
pseagrenat June 12,2015 I believe the government as a whole, is and has been behind the power curve when it comes to cyber warfare and digital forensics. Over the last few years almost every branch of the military has increased their manpower and equipment and focused towards the cyber realm. Unfortunately, other agencies and countries who are not governed by the same rules and politics often beat us at the game. This of course does not negate the fact that the USA will come out on top as we can pretty much out resource everyone else. Overall, not a bad advertisement for the Air Force.
Emmereetat July 03,2015 Rather a promotional than educational video but definitely an attention catcher. I am glad the military is working hard on training the cyber warriors on high standards and getting them ready to fight the new type of a war.
