This is a good promotional piece for USAF cyber warfare training however, I wish it were more technical. Watch the first couple minutes but skip to 5:08 for an overview of the pipeline.

Looking at the prosperity that exists in the United States, we can just take a bow to the efforts of these Cyber Engineers so called "Cyber War Fighters". Every action they perform has an indirect impact on the civilian security. Cyber Threat to the Unites States Military network is pretty more when compared to other Nations, because of their principle to go against terrorism and completely destroy it. The vision and mission of Mr. President, to make peace all over the world will be supported directly by people of this kind. It’s just not about securing their own data, it involves a lot of technical knowledge and expertise to identify the enemy’s next moves and taking necessary actions to counter act their intentions on a go is a moment of pride by which they can hold their heads up.

You have to take what you see in the video with a grain of salt. It is an Air Force produced public affairs video about training the new cyber warriors. It is fairly typical from the sense of a military public affairs video. It promotes the greatness, the challenges, the teamwork, and the warrior ethos. What we as Americans should take away from this is that senior leadership in our government and military recognized, some would argue too late, the need to organize, train, and equip a new type of forces who are better prepared to defend the nation’s military networks.
Couple of other points from the video worth noting. First, aligning the cyber training and lexicon model with the existing pilot model. Rather than create a whole new framework, the Air Force used an existing framework with proven success. This will allow cyber operations to easily integrate into existing Air Force operations without having to learn a whole new way to conduct operations. Second, I disagree with using industry based certifications as benchmark in proficiency. Certainly, certifications prove some baseline knowledge, but is it in the nation’s best interest to rely upon for profit organizations to set the standard for protection the nations’ military networks?

This video makes me wish that I was back in the service or just signing up! I mean they're getting top notch training from the SANS Institute! I recently attended their GSEC course last December and it was some of the best training that I've ever gotten in my whole entire career. I'm glad to see our military branching out from the traditional aspects of technology and really grasping towards the cyber realm which is where most of our fighting is starting to take place. It is imperative that we continue to strive to protect our nation and it's assets from the malicious intents that our advisories are working tirelessly to destroy.
