Certainly, as many have said, where there's a will there's a way. People will find a way to be anonymous and sell that comfort to others. I think one of the things with regard to law enforcement is having to prioritize which threats are the most dangerous. I think that thinking like a criminal is probably one of the most important tools that can be employed. Empathy with the devil, so to speak. The insight gained can be very useful.
