Darknet a really scary world. With the advancement of technology and virtually almost free internet, committing certain crimes have become easier than ever before and the worst there are no proper laws and law enforcement agencies to stop them and prosecute them.

Many law enforcement agencies have a special branch and team now focused on cyber crimes, but the ratio of cyber criminals to such teams is appalling, making it harder for these agencies.

I can't believe this guy went into the forest with a known criminal shooting a huge gun like that! Brave or foolish (?) not sure. Interesting that Germany is a safehaven for Internet activists; I wonder if that's current or if policies have changed. I also found the argument regarding the hammer interesting. These people/criminals are out there and will be out there so is it better to offer a platform with which we can monitor psychos or take that away and leave them to find other means of 'business'? Interesting angle.

This was a very interesting video on how many people on the Deepweb use TOR to commit crimes such as selling illegal drugs and weapons. However, even though the some people use TOR to commit crimes, the software is very helpful to increase regular peoples privacy against oppressive governments and information gathering companies (ex: Google, Microsoft, Apple). Unfortunately since the bad part of the Deepweb always makes the news, many people associate it with criminal and pedophiles.
