Yet another example of how easy it is to access illegal documents/weapons/drugs/etc. for those who know where to look. It's terrifying to think that your social or personal identity could easily be added to someone's cart!! Cops/the good guys must feel overwhelmed at times...

Looks like Grams is still operating, although it looks a little different than the video. I wonder if some of the items for sale are actually available or just a scam, I remember reading that there are "hitmen" advertising on the darknet that will just take your money. But it's no surprise that someone decided to make it easier to look for stuff on the darknet markets, I just wonder how they are making money.

This video was too short. I looked around a bit after watching it and noticed that a TOR system was needed. I want to download TOR browser and investigate further. In the video he made the disclaimer, the legal stuff. I’m wondering if I need to be aware of legal stuff as I investigate this as a student. Essentially I want to know how the anonymity browsing is enabled. How does it work? The videos don’t get too technical about it, and I like reading code so I’ll be investigating this stuff further.

I'm truly surprised that darknet isn't more mainstream than it currently is given what it allows both criminals and non-criminals access to.

This is actually very scary to think about. Criminals can always find new and creative ways to break the laws and to get what they want. Using a drone to gather nearby cell phone data? That's cleaver. The idea that you can use technology to alter the digital signals sent by life changing technology such as a pacemaker is also a very scary threat. It surprised me when it was mentioned that cyber crimes will be more of a threat than terrorism.
