Ksdonovanat May 05,2016 Very hard to watch, especially knowing how common these crimes are. I think using computer graphics is an awesome way to catch these criminals and would love to see the technology progress and either catch more offenders or serve as a deterrent.
ronnypaladinoat June 10,2016 I have seen several methods applied in order to catch predators within country by using virtual personas, etc. The problem is that when it crosses borders, it becomes an issue, unless local-foreign authorities are willing to collaborate. This approach of creating true virtual person that that looks human and can interact is a major technological step, but international laws need to be implemented and enforced.
jpnick99at June 15,2016 Interesting program and revealing program. The amount of predators trolling the Internet is alarming. I understand what the makers of these videos are saying, but most law enforcement is already overextended and overworked. For a program like this to work it would require much more funding and manpower. I think it's an important endeavor, just for the fact that men who are doing this online likely have other "hands on" victims. I just know how successful this group can be trying to convince those that have the purse strings that this more important then other more "hands on" crimes.
dgroveat June 20,2016 This seems like a great thing is group is doing to combat child exploitation. With the internet reaching more people every year, I do not see this problem going away. I think the nation as a whole needs to be serious about and fund law enforcement bodies to combat these crimes. I would be interested if this group who provided these 1000 names, how many of those names were caught and prosecuted. I believe having that information when taken to the respective legislatures would be crucial.
cg09829at July 07,2016 This was really hard to watch, especially as the father of a young daughter...I hope that INTERPOL is doing what it can to catch these criminals. It was hard to believe that only 6 were charges out of hundreds of thousands...I dont think INTERPOL or other LE agencies around the world have the resources to fight these crimes as well as we would like...
