    I am not sure I understand why any company needs to keep raw credit card information on file. Aren't there smarter ways to transfer payment like BitCoin? Saving your credit card info these days seems to be a reckless corporate practice. At the very least these companies need to take strong looks at the security controls in place that safeguard these systems.

    Wow that's a lot of money. compared to a regular ropery. I think its also harder to capture the hacker. For example in this case I think it was a coincidence the way he was captured.
