This video was short, but good. I think that since the video was released that these types of attacks are getting more and more publicity. Part of that is due to patchwork of the new laws and regulations in different States (or Europe) that require companies inform consumers. However, there is still a long way to go.

The most interesting part of this video was when they talked about the average cyber heist = around 1.3 million dollars, whereas a standard bank robbery would only net the bank robbers a few thousand on average. I can see why this would push more criminals towards the cyber realm. On the flip side, I cant imagine that the criminal society on a whole has enough educated people where we would see a complete drop off of typical bank robberies.

Wow...pretty powerful video. Would love to hear more examples like Gonzalez. I don't ever remember hearing anything about him.

This is a good example of how unknown hackers and crimes do not get publicized. This often occurs many companies do not was the bad publicity of being hacked and therefore the suspect is caught, but the public never hears about it. It reminds me of how law enforcement officers do so many great things for the community, but the media only shows the one cop who made one bad choice and its plastered all over every channel.
