Your browser history is a very good source of evidence. Most people don’t realize the digital trail they leave when they do things on their computers. It’s important to know where you should start looking for evidence to be able to process and relay information in the most efficient way possible. I thought it was interesting how the digital forensics investigators are also trained as regular law enforcement officers. They get deployed all of the world and those areas may be the most friendly areas so they need to be able to handle themselves. There was a scene where the investigator was processing a hard drive and he had his toolkit next to him. It was nice to be able to get a look at a digital forensics toolkit that these investigators put together for when they’re processing a crime scene. This video references a lot of topics covered in this course and my other courses. It’s good to know that what we are learning is exactly what we are going to be using in the real world.

It's a hard job to handle the responsibility of evidences that will determine other's lives, but it's even harder to stand up in front of a jury and other people and choose the neat and perfect words to give them the ideas that you have. As most of the people now use mobile devices and internet, in almost any step in their lives. The first thing to think of in investigating a crime to acquire the digital devices that are in the scene.

Its hard to handle the responsibility of evidences that might determine peoples lives, but I think it's even harder to stand in front of a jury and other law people and choose the neat and perfect words to deliver the ideas that you have correctly. The first thing we have to think about when investigating in a crime scene is the digital evidence as the mobile devices and the internet take a place in most of the people's lives.

The real world is not as kind as the classroom or the news. Not all evidence will yield useful data. There may be nothing upon months of investigation or small clues that are easily missed because the investigator is not sure what to look for. It must be frustrating spending a lot of time on a hard drive and not being able to find anything useful.
