Very informative video. I liked the hands-on approach of the video and gives an idea of what these agencies actually do. I liked how it looked at it from the forensic investigator's perspective and what are the types of things that he looks at.

The information highlighted the efforts of the Defense Dept. Agents across the military. Some interesting themes challenged viewers concerning the evolution of the crime scene, the range of media as well as the amount of storage that must be processed, as well as more specific emphasis on GPS locations and geolocations where pictures and videos happened in order to put a suspect at the location of a crime. The discussion on how criminals are always leveraging technology, while those that target intelligence collection are more and more driven, dedicated adversaries emphasized that these crimes are borderless. Amazing work being done by very dedicated examiners.

I found this video pretty awesome as it relates to so much of what I'm currently learning in the course. It's inspiring to see the elements we go over being applied in order to solve a crime. I think what I found most enjoyable about this video was the physical process of retrieving microchips. I think reconstructing damaged devices in order to obtain evidence would be a very fulfilling position. I hope people will continue to find interest in forensics in order to combat that ever evolving and growing technology world.Unfortunately I don't think jobs in computer forensics will ever get easier and more challenges will come about daily.

Great video to see forensic technician's at work and the types of devices they image that could lead to a conviction in a criminal investigation. The bad guys can't hide from the trail of evidence that they leave on digital devices.
