Recently articles I read indicate that if a user access the black Markets via TOR and they are Americans, they loose all protections by the NSA that are afforded citizens.

I don't buy the bloggers opinion that Silk Road aqusitions of drugs are safer than illegal street products or even "things in the grocery store". I do find it an interesting position than black markets can provide some sort of a consumer safety role.

The Adam vs The Man video host is a liberation who believes in having the right to purchase drugs and using them. He is sympathetic to the cause of responsible drug use and services that cater to it. He puts the Darknet concept up on a pedestal. The idea that those relying on the Dartknet to get their drugs, guns and other services is also a way to educate and help the community.
I have found drug users, legal and illegal drugs, unethical people and generally self-serving. Those who are addicted are hard to reach until they themselves are ready. If that is the case, the Darknet is the opposite of an environment that promotes wellness and support to keep a habit since the Darknet feeds off human addition.
This video is the crap our children hear on the Internet, in their music, on the television, in movies and in their schools. They are encouraged to prove they are adults and that they are cool by listening to the pied piper and to follow them away from their love ones. The sentiments of this kind of video is undermining our families, our communities and our nation. The sentiments in this video is of a person who is untrustworthy and should not have the ability to “speak” to our children. He is promoting illegal activities and expounding on them as if they are good. Free speech is a right in our country but that does not mean all speech is acceptable and should be tolerated, especially when our children are targeted and the message they hear undermines their success and their love ones’ ability to protect them.
