    This is a great advertisement for Arduino, which is a "build-your-own" chipset and open source hardware concept. I'm certainly inspired to make cool stuff from this video.

    This video is not as interesting as others posted here but the speaker is quite talented in presenting the content. I assume this video is to prove that weaponized technology would not work on cat and dog or any other animals because they are not suitable for such mission. Devices used in this video mainly are to protect pets not to turn them into weapons. It seems like other departments such as animal protection and behavior could be more benefit from this type of study.
