With phones becoming attached to us more so than computers, mobile forensics is a crucial part for analysis. We do so much on it, and so much valuable information can be retrieved and a mobile forensic suite such as this one can help in the forensic analysis for cyber crimes.

I found this video really interesting, since smart phones are becoming part of our daily lives mobile forensics is a key. I would like to learn more about this topic and hope to take mobile forensics class, but its amazing how much information our phone really stores.

Yes, Id have to agree with agoel15. I would definitely be interested in mobile phone forensic. However most mobile phones have a screen lock pin which you would have to enter to break in to the phone. So without the pin it self it would hard to extract any volatile data from them. New IoS mobile phones even have a longer pin now which make it harder to break in. I believe not even FBI could break in to the iphone of the texas shooter even with all the tools and utilities they have available to them

It is interesting to learn about mobile forensic. This video is great. It shows great applications to analyze mobile device. In independent programmers, Santoku-Linux is a tool using console command created by them. I may use Android tool to play around with functionality.
