An interesting clip, but also very shallow in terms of the limited information and interviewees. I think it behooves us to reserve judgment on an entire country based on a short glimpse that highlights just a few opinions of a couple of people. Media makes it so easy to warp conversations out of context and mold them into a story the presenter wants to tell. It seems like a lot of opinions being shared without facts and solid research to back it up so I can't take much stock into the suggested notions. That said, I certainly recognize that cyber-crimes, regardless of the perpetrator's origins, are a top issue worldwide thanks to the pervasiveness of technology in our daily lives. In light of that, I would love to see cyber-security appear more in the required courses of various educational programs, especially those in accounting for financial security; Like first aid/CPR training, it's something you hope you never have to use, but as we are all at risk of being affected it certainly is a handy life skill and the more people have it the better off we all are.

There is a huge conspiracy in international politics related to cyberwarfare emerging from Russia & China as per USA but then again when it comes to national pride it depends on the mindset of the people as per their country. Every country has its own opinion on being patriotic. One may feel that it is potential skill to hack into government sites of other countries but some may feel that they are going overboard. Being defensive is something that all government must do to protect their data which may float on some website in future.

I'm surprised the talent and knowledge of this hacker, I think he was well aware and understands the technology very well. The other thing caught my attention is, that these guys are looking for pride. wow, I thought most of them are chasing the money. Why are the chines government keeps quite, soon they will be the victim of cyber by their own person?

I find their perspective on national pride interesting in contrast to how American hackers might adopt the views of anti-government and big brother conspiracies. However being that cyberspace is a current battlefield, it is my opinion that it would benefit our country to adopt a similar mindset of national pride similar to how a soldier fights for our freedom and liberties in the physical realm.
