jwren2at December 12,2016 I think it's so funny that the Chinese government says that they're not supporting these hackers. They fully support them and would never extradite them for prosecution in the US.
kkelaniat December 14,2016 I understand the liberation hackers feel when they attack systems but how can they feel prideful after doing something this wrong? How can wrong be right? I believe the Chinese government can and should do more in controlling the cyber activities of its citizens.
ahammes12at December 16,2016 I am a little surprised that these hackers are attempting this out of “national pride”, which doesn’t seem to be the case in the US. In the US it seems to be more of an internal motive. It brings upon concern if the Chinese government is taking advantage of such skilled hackers. It’s interesting how nationalism plays a strong role in the individual level and how it can manifest into larger issues such as cyber warfare.
Lat December 16,2016 So they do it for nationalism, but feel like they have the power to change the world. Change it to what? No one asked them that.
akiat December 16,2016 Chinese hackers are one of the most active cyber group in the world. And I think there government also supports such organizations and provide resources to them
